According to experts, investments in the healthcare and recreation sectors are in second place in terms of investment reliability after utilities and are often considered as a stabilizing package in the overall investment portfolio as opposed to high-margin, but also high-risk investments.

The total cost of implementing the project's launch complex is 81 million rubles, of which 72.5 million rubles are for capital investments. At the same time, the investments made by the Contractor to date amount to 26 million rubles. The investor is one of the founders of the Contractor and contributes funds to finance the project in accordance with the acquired share. A complete purchase of the property is also possible.

With 100 percent funding, the project will take about a year to complete. The payback period will be 75 months. The boarding house will provide jobs for about 25 people.
