  • Founded in July 1928, the Dobrinka District is situated in the southeast of the Lipetsk Region.

    It borders the Usman District in the west, Gryazi District in the northeast, Tambov Region in the east, and Voronezh Region in the south. The district is divided into 17 communities comprising 116 villages.

    The total population amounts to 32,500 people, with the working-age population of 17,500 people. The district hosts 241 businesses of different incorporation forms.

The local agricultural sector includes 15 agricultural companies, 21 consumer cooperatives, 10 private farms, 72 sole proprietors, and over 10,000 households.
Crop products account for most of the output (70%), while the rest (30%) comprises animal products (30%).
Agricultural enterprises, private farms and households cultivate grain, sugar beet, potatoes, vegetables, oilseed and forage crops on the area of 119,700 ha.
Livestock produced in the Dobrinka District includes dairy and beef cattle, swine, and poultry.
